왜 패러다임인가

이전에는 분자 키랄성이 마이크론 규모의 나선형 세라믹으로 전달된 적은 있었지만, 서브마이크론 금속 나노입자로는 전달되지 못했다. 이 출처는 서열/거울상이성질체 선택만으로 손방향과 형태를 모두 프로그래밍한다는 것을 확립했다 — 이후 출처들이 확장하는 새로운 설계 축이다.

다중모드 / 마이셀 유도 분기 (Ha 2025)

Ha et al., ACS Nano (2025)는 전달을 단일 메커니즘의 아미노산 director를 넘어 확장한다: 양친매성(amphiphilic) 유도제(LipoCYS)는 시스테인 헤드그룹 (화학적으로 유도, 패싯 안정화)과 데실(decyl) 사슬(마이셀 유도, 템플릿 형성)을 모두 지니므로, 단일 분자 가 확립된 두 메커니즘을 아우른다(micelle-directed-chiral-growth). 그러면 전달된 키랄성은 유도제의 손방향뿐 아니라 동일키랄적으로(homochirally)시드 기하, 계면활성제 반대이온(counterion)(Br⁻/Cl⁻, counterion-directed-chiral-sign), 유도제 농도 로 — 제어 가능해져, 하나의 (R)-거울상이성질체로 CD의 부호와 크기를 모두 조정한다.

일반화된 틀 (Account 2019)

Account 논문 Ahn et al., Accounts of Chemical Research (2019)는 이 전달을 생체모방 분자 인코더(bioinspired-molecular-encoder)로 재구성한다: director는 일회성 템플릿이 아니라 성장 내내 계속 작용하는 신호이므로, 전달된 키랄성 자체가 시간 의존적(time-dependent-chirality-4D)이다. 또한 Au를 넘어서는 일반성을 강조한다 — L-/D-cysteine은 Pd NP에도 키랄성을 전달한다(나선형 큐브 면).
