자기조립 티로신 펩타이드 박막(특히 YYACAYY)을 생체전자 및 뉴로모픽 소자의 활성층 또는 유전층으로 활용하는 기술로서, 높은 유전상수(high-k) 게이팅을 위한 양성자-EDL 그로투스(Grotthuss) 전도, Ag 필라멘트 기반 저항성 및 시냅스 스위칭, 과도형/생체흡수성 트랜지스터, 그리고 어닐링 유도 탄화를 통한 sp2 반도체로의 전환을 다루며, 비저항, 캐리어 농도, 이동도, 광학적 밴드갭 및 FET 성능 지표로 특성을 분석한다.
