CPL 광전자 소자

키랄 플라즈모닉 AuNP를 반도체(IGZO 쇼트키 접합, Pb-Sn 혼합 페로브스카이트)에 결합하여 원편광을 전기적으로 변환하는 소자로, 열전자 주입을 활용한 CPL 검출, 광응답성 비등방성, 시냅스/뉴로모픽 기능을 구현한다.
