소개
타이로신-리치 펩타이드를 절연체 및 기능성 재료로 활용한 생분해성 트랜지스터·메모리·시냅스 소자 연구를 주도하였다. 펩타이드의 양성자 전도 특성을 뉴로모픽 컴퓨팅 및 과도성 전자소자에 응용하는 연구를 2017~2022년에 걸쳐 집중적으로 수행하였다.
