칼슘-인산염 생광물화

Ca₃P₁ 전핵형성 클러스터가 DCPD, 하이드록시아파타이트(HAP), β-TCP, Mg-안정화 휘틀록석(WH)과 같은 결정질 상보다 선행하는 비고전적 2단계 경로를 통한 칼슘-인산염 생광물의 형성으로, 상 선택은 pH, 과잉 Mg, 그리고 핵형성을 주형화하거나 억제하고 조골세포 반응을 조절하는 산성 유기 첨가제(pAsp, 황산화 콘드로이틴)에 의해 조율된다.
