SbpA S-layer assembly

SbpA S-층 조립

세균 표면층 단백질 SbpA의 규칙적 배열로의 결정화로, 이동성 주도 조립이 1D 필라멘트와 2D 격자를 생성하고, 온도가 1D-에서-2D 전이를 조절하며, C-말단 절단(rSbpA)이 정합 이중층 형성을 유도하고, 단층 구조는 cryo-ET로 분해된다.
